POLICIES

New Factory Sealed merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase. 

Shipping costs on returns are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in advance.  A Full Refund will be issued only after receipt and inspection of returned items.  We STRONGLY recommend that a digital picture be taken of the returned item(s).  This will allow us to establish a timeline for any possible freight damage.

25% Restocking charge will be assessed on merchandise Opened Out of its Original Carton.

Damaged, Used or Special Order Merchandise cannot be returned.

Merchandise must be inspected for damage immediately upon delivery.
