"Dear Nick and all the folks at QHA Appliances,
Seasons greetings to all. I just wanted to take a moment and follow-up with you on my purchasing experience with QHA.
I don't know how I found you guys, but I am very glad I did. We (my wife and I) were in desperate need of a new dishwasher as the one we had was ready to explode at any minute. My wife convinced me, albeit reluctantly, that she needed (wanted) a new Bosch dishwasher. So we started shopping around at some local appliance stores here in Michigan and I got my first taste of sticker shock at the prices of Bosch dishwashers. Having a bit of experience buying items over the internet, I decided to do a bit of research on line. Low and behold I came across the QHA website and was quite surprised at the low prices you offered for all of your products, including Bosch. Although a bit skeptical about making such a large purchase over the net, I decided to go for it and ordered one of your close-out Bosch dishwashers. Unfortunately, it turns out that the particular model I had ordered was out of stock.
Just as I was in the process of getting my full refund for the "no longer available" product, I received a call from you. And quite a remarkable call at that.
You knew I was disappointed that you didn't have the model I wanted, but you also knew the model that I had ordered and were in-tune with the style, price range and features I was looking for. So you called me to offer me an alternate Bosch model that actually had "more" features than the one I originally ordered. This alternative model was actually an upgrade to what I originally ordered and in fact a better and more expensive model. And to top it, off you offered it to me at the same price as the original model I ordered. (I have to say I was rather impressed with your determination to do everything you could to make sure I didn't walk away unhappy.) So I decided to take you up on your offer and purchased the dishwasher. It was shipped quickly and arrived at my home in Michigan in less than a week. I installed it myself that following weekend and it works great, actually fantastic. My wife loves it and I'm the hero, you can't beat that. Working with you and everyone at QHA saved me several hundred dollars over buying it locally and even the shipping was free.
I'm not sure this is a good thing, but my wife is now considering redoing the entire kitchen with all Bosch appliances. She is really scaring me. But if she talks me into it, I'll know exactly where to go to get them. I'm coming back to QHA.

I ordered a "Fisher & Paykel" washing machine from them on-line, and Nick quickly replied with a confirmation and phone number for any questions that I might have. He also provided me with the shipping company's address and phone number...along with a tracking number! I was in dire need of a fast delivery-( My 24 year old "Maytag" finally died and laundry was piled sky high!) My new washer arrived as promised, but it had been damaged during shipment.
